Buy Nail Polish and Create Cool Nail Art

Buy Nail Polish and Create Cool Nail Art

Nail artwork is a brilliant way to show off your funky personality, and it is easy to do at home, so you don't even need to visit an expensive salon.

Using a variety of techniques it is possible to add glitter, produce a cool marbled effect or create a colour grading effect that shifts gradually from one colour to another; kind of like a Tequila Sunrise! All you need to do is to buy nail polish, do a little practice with different techniques and styles, and to get as creative as you possibly can!

During the 2012 Olympic Games, it was very common to see athletes with their nails carefully painted with the flags of their country. Depending on your nationality (and the complexity of your flag), this can be an incredibly simple trend to follow.

Flags that consist of bold stripes are very easy to recreate and will only require you to buy nail polish in two or three different shades. Flags with lots of little components, such as the American flag, can be harder to copy, and you will need a very steady hand and a lot of patience.

It is now possible to buy nail polish which includes tiny magnetic particles and comes with a specially designed magnet to manipulate them.

If you paint your nails and then hold the magnet over each nail whilst the varnish is still wet, these tiny metallic flecks will rearrange themselves into a delightful pattern. This is the perfect way to get patterned nails with the minimum degree of effort.

Nail stencils are also a very easy way to create patterns or images on the nails. You can usually purchase them from the same place you buy nail polish. Simply put the stencil over the place on the nail in which you want the image then paint over it with polish.

Once the polish is dry, peel the stencil off the nail and you will be left with just the shape you chose. For even more colour, add a base coat before doing the stencil; for longevity, add a clear top coat to protect your design.

A funky new addition to the world of nail polish is crackle effect polish. Paint a base colour onto the nail, wait for it to dry, and then cover with the special crackle effect polish. As it dries, it will crack and split to reveal shards of the colour underneath. This gives a similar effect to the cracked paint on an old piece of artwork!

You can try to create cool nail art for yourself if you buy nail polish and experiment with a few techniques. Buy nail polish online or in your local make-up store. You can get more information at cheap nail polish.

How to Have Beautiful Eyebrows

How to Have Beautiful Eyebrows
By Tielle Webb, eHow Contributor

When your eyebrows are beautifully groomed, your face instantly looks even more beautiful. Your eyebrows frame your eyes and give your face expression.

Instructions
1
Using the eyebrow brush or comb, brush your brows up and over into place as much as possible.

2
Use an eyeliner pencil or just a regular pencil to determine where your brows should begin, end, and arch. Hold the pencil straight up and down, with one end at the corner of your mouth and the other end at your eyebrow. Any hairs that go past the pencil (toward the other eye) need to be tweezed.

3
Now hold the pencil at a diagonal, with one end at the opposite end of your lips. The pencil should lie over the nostril of the corresponding eye. If any hairs go past the pencil, pluck them!

4
Now hold the pencil at the middle of your mouth and tilt it at about a 45-degree angle, over the middle of your eye to your brow. This is where your arch should be. Tweeze the bottom of the brow here only. Pluck any stray hairs around the brow as well.

5
Tidy the brow by brushing straight up and trimming with the cuticle or mustache trimmers. This will take care of any of those wild hairs you might have, that grow too long but shouldn't be tweezed.

Tips & Warnings
If you are very sensitive and find tweezing too painful, start by holding a warm, damp wash cloth over your brow for several minutes. This will open the pores and help the brows come out with less tugging.

Don't over-tweeze! Nobody looks good with tadpole brows. If you do over-tweeze, fill your eyebrow in with eye shadow a shade darker than your natural hair color.
